Dean has been associated with the ophthalmic industry for over 20 years, having been involved with both the launch of Acuvue and the introduction of LASIK to Australasia.
He is the co-founder of personalEYES and is also the co-founder and co-chair of globalEYES an association of leading eye centres around the world.
Dean sits on the board of several non-profit charity organisations including the Sydney Adventist Hospital Group, HELP Madagascar and Medisonship. He is also passionate about integrated eye care for the Australian consumer.
