Dr Ross Miller graduated in medicine with honours from the University of NSW in 1977, practicing as a rural GP before completing his ophthalmology training in 1988.
He established Epping Eye Specialists in 1989 and has provided continuous general ophthalmology and cataract surgical services to the Epping area of northern Sydney for 25 years.
